Are there any recent applicants/timelines?
I applied for my family of four on October 3 through GOES and haven't heard anything yet.
I'm curious to see if there are more recent approvals and what the typical approval times are? We will be traveling to Toronto for Christmas from the US and are hoping we can hit one of the 2 (Fort Erie / Whirlpool) on the way there or make a trip to YYZ for an appointment.
Thanks.

Thank you DualityOfNam.
Does anyone have insight into interview availability at YYZ vs the other western NY offices? Peace Bridge and Whirlpool Bridge locations but would have to time it so that we're there after a 6 hour drive.
For YYZ, I was hoping that would be the week after Christmas since it would be less stressful in terms of getting there on time.
Does anyone know if you go to Whirlpool for the interview, will they let you cross into Canada? That bridge is dedicated for Nexus I believe.

Applied on 8/10/16 for whole family.
Wife: Conditional approval on 10/11/16
Me: No conditional yet on 10/19
Son : No conditional yet on 10/19
Daughter: No conditional yet on 10/19
Looks weird considering that everyone applied on same time. Are folks getting any approvals during last week.

I'm the same. Family of three, first application in on 10 august, the last in on 16 august. My daughter got approved first, on 10 October and then I was on the 13th but still waiting my partner. She was the last one in, but it's been a long wait now for her.

Wife and I both applied on Aug. 18 within an hour of each other. She received conditional approval on 10/14; I have not yet. Was starting to worry what they dug up on me! But sounds like it might be a normal delay?
Have other couples experienced similar differences in the past, and was there any indication why?
Also, does anyone have current information on whether Fort Frances (across from International Falls, where we'll probably set up our interview) does iris scans currently? I remember reading a thread somewhere (could have been here) that they had a scanner, or relocated one there, temporarily. Otherwise we have an excuse to wander up to Winnipeg!

My Wife and I both applied on June 24. I was approved on August 28, but her application still says pending review. From reading other people's experiences posted on here, this seems like a very long time! Could her application be stuck in limbo in the system some how?
I've tried calling in twice to talk to someone and gotten nowhere. Has anyone had any success with talking to someone after having their application be stuck in "pending review" for a long time? Is there anyone that can investigate?
Thanks!

Applied: August 14
Conditional Approval: October 19
Scheduled: Sat, Nov 12th @ YVR
(was the earliest available in Vancouver. Could've gone a few days earlier if I wanted a weekday but... work. So that was the first Saturday, not long after the first weekday. If I'd driven down to the States I could've gone next week)

Interviewed (wife, kid and myself) at the International Falls, MN station today (Oct 24). Very smooth, in and out in 40 minutes.
We arrived 15 minutes before our first appointment (3 consecutive 30min slots). No wait; no other cars in the parking lot. A very friendly Canadian CBP official greeted us at the door and had us watch a 10 minute video on Nexus while he and the US CBP officials (there was a trainee and a trainer) sat in the room across us with the door open and punched at a computer. After the video my wife was called in first (open door still) photographed and finger printed; a few questions more along the lines of "hows your day going?" and then I was asked to step in. Same routine. I was pulled for customs secondary a few years ago at MSP because I had an apple in a checked bag. They asked me about it and I explained that I had no idea that it was placed in there (likely by my mom). Then finger prints and photo. They only took a picture of my 2 year old.
Then the Canadian official explained the program (TSA Pre; Global Entry etc.) and asked us to go over the border and at the Canadian crossing let the official know that we were there to get our iris' scanned. We did that (its literally one block over and across the river) and at the Canadian side were asked to park our car and come inside. Quick iris scans and we were out and back in the US within 15 mins. Oh and we received the updated email while we were still in the parking lot in the US Nexus office.
Told to expect our cards in the mail in 2 weeks. Will update after receipt.
Thanks to everyone for the excellent info and support on this forum and good luck to everyone else.
Timeline:
Jul 27 : Applied (wife, kid and myself)
Sep 24: Wife conditionally approved
Oct 3: Kid and I conditionally approved
Oct 24: Interview and final approval

timeline update: I got my final approval end of last week, 21 October, for my partner who applied on 16 August. We we're able to squeeze two of us in for interviews on 29 October at YVR! Since myself and my daughter are travelling in November we decided to get us in ASAP so we can (hopefully) get cards before this trip.
