If you do get lost, just follow signs for "Bridge to Canada" and stay alert and bear left while looking out for signs that say "NEXUS/FAST"

This post from 2019 may be helpful in getting to the Detroit enrollment center. The signage at the "service drive" is better now, in that it actually says there is an enrollment center there! (The sign on the right wasn't there when we had our interviews.)

For indexing and future search purposes, let's keep future discussion of getting to the Detroit NEXUS Enrollment Center from the US Side in the following thread:TWA884

Existing GE. US Citizen.

Applied for Nexus July 2022
Conditional Approval September 1 2023
Interview in Blaine Sept 6

Easy interview, very friendly officers. They made jokes to lighten the mood but I was nervous and not really feeling it. Did not get the immediate approval like the others, but it could be because I had some information that needed updating.

Hoping to hear back soon.

Adding a data point - this thread has been very helpful for me while waiting on conditional approval. My wife and I both have NEXUS. This was a first time application for my kids.

Applied: Early January 2023 (two kids) (I think around January 10th?)
Conditional approval: September 21 2023 (thankfully I received conditional approval for both on same day)

Interview appointments are available for me in Detroit today if I wanted! Going to schedule them soon.

Hope processing times speed up for everyone else!

That link is broken. The correct address it should link to is https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trus...r-us-side.html.

Having gone to this enrollment center, the most important thing is to stay left whenever possible, like on double exit lanes.

Adding another data point.

Similar to what other folks have been seeing, it looks like a 9 month processing time. Hope this helps.

Datapoint

Applied for NEXUS Feb 7th, 2023. Received conditional approval on Nov 7th, 2023. A whopping 9 months lol. Not bad considering some of the timelines I've seen here.

EDIT:

Jan 15th, 2024: CBSA interview completed at YYC.
Jan 29th, 2024: US CBP interview completed at YYC preclearance.

Recieved full approval notification about 10 mins after the interview
