Lots of appointments opening up! Just scheduled myself and husband together on March 17th.

Does anyone know if they will allow me to bring my infant son to the interview with us? Will he need any paperwork? I haven't even submitted his application yet so I'll have to get his at a later date.

No one knows why; it just is. If anything, a lack of a record in various databases could be why.

Applied Sept 15, 2019 for dual US/CAN infant

Conditional Approval May 23, 2020

Interview and approval Dec 11, 2021

That was a long one, glad it's over, I spent way too much time constantly checking the status and appointments for over two years.. I had 4 or 5 appointments canceled, then a January appointment, but I kept checking and something opened up last minute at Niagara.

Applied for my 5yo 2021-11-16, about 6 months after getting her passport. Still waiting for a response.
Aaaaand at last my sweet little 5 year old got her CA today 2021-12-29.

Come on Detroit, open up please

I hope they don't send me home without approval when I get my appointment ... because my kiddo is an inch or two taller than what I put on the application haha

i looked at the link and see this

”BSA will temporarily suspend NEXUS/FAST interviews at enrolment centres (EC) in the United States (US) starting Monday, December 20, 2021 until further notice. This will be re-evaluated as the border measures evolve.”

did not see anywhere where it said the offices were actually closed. Has anyone called ?

They are closed. Many of us who are awaiting renewal interviews had them canceled. I also received a telephone call from CBP/CBSA at Niagara Falls to advise of the cancellation.
