I have two kids in University. Applications were sent in on the 26th and payment showed on my CC the next day.
Good luck and post back when the CA comes through.

I'm a 180 days now and still "waiting for conditional approval". Everyone I know was approved in less than 2 months.
Anyone here is still waiting from August or September 2019 for conditional approval?

I have been waiting since mid -August but I am a dual citizen Canadian/Australian and I did not realize my computer auto corrected my place of birth to my current city, stupid me for not double checking, there is no way to edit it, so I just have to wait and see.

I do not believe that it is the dual citizenship. One of the people that I know is Filipino-Canadian and had it in 6 weeks.

Hello,

Can you hold two Nexus and Global entry cards at the same time? If you are eligible to apply for both the program. I read somewhere that if you apply for the second program then it will cancel the previous card but not able to find that link again. however, the CBP site doesn't have any clear instructions related to my question.

If anyone has gone through this situation.

Wow, more than 8 months. Congrats.
I have a very simple question: why some people get it in less than six weeks and others in 7 or 8 months?

I called them and ask the same question. My wife nexus got approved in 6 weeks and I am thinking, mine might take 8 months. They said everyone's background check is different. seems like wherever it requires manual intervention is taking the time.

It’s been 7 months

My husband and I applied online August 8, 2019. It’s now March 10, 2020 and the website says “application in process” and “pending review”. I have not found a way to inquire about length of waiting.

My conditional approval email came February 13. As there are no appointments available until June at YYZ or YHZ (my most frequently transited airports), I am driving to Belleville NB on Easter Saturday for my interview (Calais ME does not have slots on Saturdays).

I called the Canadian Nexus Centre in White Rock. They told me that the standard of service for the US review is up to 7 months from the date where the application was referred to them. They told me that my application was approved by Canada in 2 months after submission in September, then was referred to the US for their approval and they have 7 months to approve it. So doing the math, it seems that the application could take up to 9 months for conditional approval.
