My wife has her Conditional Renewal----Now waiting and waiting and waiting for them to start doing interviews again!!!!! :-(

Full approval after 294 days
I just received my GE renewal approval, no interview needed. Flat out approved after 294 days.
I was totally shocked. In the past five years I have been to some shady countries, and countries on the US naughty list, and declared all of those in my renewal application. When entering the US I was even once pulled aside to secondary, where they took my passport and after a while came back with it, no questions asked, have a nice day. I had many stamps and visas with squiggly characters in there, including Iranian. Based on my travels I thought I would be denied or conditionally approved to be grilled at the interview. But no, full approval. Now if only borders were open and I could travel again... |

Early Oct 19 application submitted
Just received the approval today.... a whopping 292 days! In the meantime, I also moved states..... anyone know if I need to update anything in the TTP website or give them my new address or new DL? |
Are most people being renewed by the same location as their original approval? Original approval came via my interview location (expected) but the renewal also came from that location (which is not my home airport then or now) which surprised me.

I am now tied with topcat_dcx for longest wait from renewal to approval. 292 days! I do not need an interview, my original expiration (had I not renewed) was Jan 2020.

Log on to your TTP account, and go to your dashboard. At the bottom of the right column you can access your payment history; the date of the most recent payment should be when you applied for renewal.
October 17, 2019. Still waiting. :( |

I've had GE for about nine years. Never a renewal notice and never applied for renewal. Last used 2019 without issue. Is this common?
