well, I helped my mother in law to apply for GE. submitted on 2/24 and I checked today and it is conditionally approved today.

I applied on 1/16 and still no word. Go figure.

Still waiting...

I applied on February 4th and now it is March 4th and I'm still waiting. I had a friend who applied on the same day at the same time and she was conditionally approved one week after we applied. So frustrated!

Thank you to everyone who gave updates on application dates and conditional approvals over the past several months. It made it much easier to patiently wait.

Atlanta resident currently holding TSA PreCheck KTN due to expire in August. Applied for Global Entry on 2/21/19 and was conditionally approved on 3/1/19. Was able to schedule an interview on the morning of 3/4/19 at the offsite CBP processing office and received full approved status by the end of the day. Good luck to those still waiting!

Still waiting for conditional approval. I filed a complaint on 8/21 and received a response the same day with "Please note that processing times vary by applicant, but on average you can expect your application to be processed for Global Entry and FAST within 1-2 weeks"
I am in the same boat. I applied on 1/21/19 and I am still waiting. You mentioned you filed a complaint. How did you file the complaint? I would like to do the same thing. Thank you!

It took me 5 months to get conditional approval. i suspect they won't make a move until at least April if you applied end of Jan. Once you realize you're not an easy approval you really have to just wait it out. CBP only gives the above poster's message if you complain. Here is the link though: https://help.cbp.gov/app/forms/complaint.

Congrats! Thank you for posting. I have been waiting a while too.

Congrats! Thanks for the encouragement.

Thank you for posting this link. It does not work for me. Is anyone else having that problem?

For my wife

Application submitted 3-1-19 in the morning, conditional approval received exactly seven days later (today). Surprised to see lots of appointments available starting five days from now at the office outside of LAX.
