Atlanta resident currently holding TSA PreCheck KTN due to expire in August. Applied for Global Entry on 2/21/19 and was conditionally approved on 3/1/19. Was able to schedule an interview on the morning of 3/4/19 at the offsite CBP processing office and received full approved status by the end of the day. Good luck to those still waiting!

Application submitted 3-1-19 in the morning, conditional approval received exactly seven days later (today). Surprised to see lots of appointments available starting five days from now at the office outside of LAX.
