Agreed. I've been to some places asked....but the map so small, I could not really find it.

Still a lot of fun!

Here's the link to the app for facebook...you will need to add it, of course, but the top 25 are shown there...

,considering 3,850 of 1,282,387 is in the top 0.3% of all quiz-takers, i'd say that it's QUITE good.

i just topped out (for now) at 597,113 (iq 135). I was one location away from completing level 12. screw you, norway!!! (anyone know which location i'm referring to? I was about 12,000km away)

my point was i dont understand how that score is ranked so low.

#1 is 708,457
#3850 is 646,523

also thanks for the reply N674UW.

This is easy to get hooked on. I sense a few return visits over the holidays.
Thanks for the link.

This was great fun on Facebook. I haven't played in awhile, but I see I have been displaced from #1 by a friend or two, so it's back to work.

Unlike most Facebook apps, this one actually has a bit of a redeeming quality - play it a few times, and you WILL figure out your geographical weak points and they will (somewhat) improve. How many of you could have nailed Senegal on a map before you played this game? Now you can...

Also, my understanding of the distances between the various Asian cities has improved somewhat. I could always find most of those cities on a map without too much difficulty, but never really considered relationships between cities. Probably old hat for a lot of FTers who fly these routes often, but for someone who doesn't do much intra-Asian travel it's a bit enlightening to get a bit more familiar with geography of the hemisphere as a whole.

I wish they had a larger overall database of cities in the game. Lots of repeats... I'm at the point now where I reach the last level often and get stumped on those Russian cities.

I would have not expected less than that from you! But then, did they ask for any place you have not been to?
