Good thought. I don't think its so long these days, but does seem ridiculous. Considering the amount of traffic Tan Son Nhut gets, the amount of taxiing seems crazy. My (wrong) theory is that after the war, as runways crumbled, they'd simply move to ones further out that are still OK. Another theory (probably wrong too) is that they make planes taxi alot so you "feel" you've arrived at a big airport. You can still see some of the blast-proof hangers generously coated in thick lichen as you trundle by.

Another vote for DFW
I'm going to assume by taxi "time" the OP means taxi "distance"! Real "time" isn't fair; traffic congestion and gate waits have not too much to do with the size of an airfield.
At DFW your landing runway inevitably is related to the direction of arrival, and you gate is determined by the random movements of some squirrels in the deep basement of the D Terminal. Arrive from the west and you'll get the western most runway, maybe the SE facing diagonal if you're lucky. But, by god, your gate will be on the far east side in Terminal C!
Must be 3 miles of taxiing ... and two bridges. Then you still get to wait, within sight of your gate, in "real time", for either the previous plane to vacate or the gate crew to arrive ... <sigh> welcome to dfw.

Definitely DFW.
If they hadn't made the airport all one city and instead you had to count the cities you would logically drive through, you often land in Euless and then drive through Grapevine and Coppell before ending up in Irving.
