Another vote for DFW

I'm going to assume by taxi "time" the OP means taxi "distance"! Real "time" isn't fair; traffic congestion and gate waits have not too much to do with the size of an airfield.

At DFW your landing runway inevitably is related to the direction of arrival, and you gate is determined by the random movements of some squirrels in the deep basement of the D Terminal. Arrive from the west and you'll get the western most runway, maybe the SE facing diagonal if you're lucky. But, by god, your gate will be on the far east side in Terminal C!

Must be 3 miles of taxiing ... and two bridges. Then you still get to wait, within sight of your gate, in "real time", for either the previous plane to vacate or the gate crew to arrive ... <sigh> welcome to dfw.
