I'd also suggest DFW as the worst, but the Polderbaan at AMS is pretty bad too.

The two runways, diagonal to the 4 mains, at the NW and SE corners of the airport can be a long taxi, especially when both of the mains on that side are used for ARR/DPTs at the same time. The taxi from the old A2 "Tin Barn" to the Northwest Corner of the Airport was certainly longer than the flight to ACT when the wind was from the S or SE.

Another vote for AMS, which can be ridiculous! Though I will have to agree with SchmeckFlyer in that LHR can take quite a while sometimes to cross the active runway and you just sit there forever.

Without traffic, I've seen the longest time at
DFW, DTW and ATL in US.
been lucky at AMS, never used the runway at the far end.
LHR - just long lqueues.
JFK could be worse during the evening rush hour, but its not very far in
terms of the distance.

It still can be. You can land on the south side runway, then taxi back, up past the domestic terminal, right to the north side runway, round the end of that, and then round to the international terminal on the far north of the airport. For the last couple of years the north runway has been out of service so everything international went this way in and out. Takes about 15 minutes, and you are led along by a "Follow Me" vehicle which is a plain Lada car with a flashing light on the roof.

GIG in Rio de Janerio........on landing only.........check out the pic........you always land from L-R on the north runway, taxi all the way back, and instead of turning left at your first opportunity into the apron by T1, you go all the way around, almost to the end of the military runway and then enter the apron by T2.........
After a 9-12 hour flight it is most annoying. But it's Brasil..........and a minor sacrifice in regards to what awaits once you clear customs.

One defense of the Polderbaan at AMS... I have never experienced extended holding when arriving, like at some airports (most especially LHR). I do not know if the Polderbaan being the sixth runway at that airport helps, but if it does, then I would prefer to get on the ground and be on the way to the terminal, rather than circling aimlessly in the air. The Polderbaan also allows night operations when the other runways are either closed or severely restricted.

As an airline pilot who flys out of ATL, I would have to say ATL has some of the longest taxi times. Thankfully, the ATL controllers are the best in the world and can really move some airplanes. Without these guys it could be worse because of the sheer volume of planes at this airport.
The winner for me is LGA. Over 3 hours. We shut the engines down several times to conserve fuel before taking off. The controllers at LGA leave something to be desired.
