It still can be. You can land on the south side runway, then taxi back, up past the domestic terminal, right to the north side runway, round the end of that, and then round to the international terminal on the far north of the airport. For the last couple of years the north runway has been out of service so everything international went this way in and out. Takes about 15 minutes, and you are led along by a "Follow Me" vehicle which is a plain Lada car with a flashing light on the roof.
