Looking through the Wilmington newspaper archives I found Manor Aviation running a 3x weekly scheduled service between Wilmington and Rehoboth in the summers of 1963 and 1964.

All American Airways once had a Philadelphia-DC seasonal service with stops in Wilmington, Dover, Rehoboth Beach, and Georgetown (with a Cape May stop between Dover and Rehoboth).

That is an amazing find. They also had an intra-New Jersey route (ACY-MIV on a DC-3).

Not sure if anyone noted this yet, but as late as 2009 Colgan Air (dba US Airways Express) flew a daily Saab 340 BUF-ROC-SYR-ALB-BDL (not positive if BDL was the final but the whole thing was so wacky). They usually competed with the Capital Cargo 727 as the first departure of the morning out of ROC.

AL used to have a hub (or maybe "focus city") operation at BUF. My mom and I flew BOS-BUF-PIT on several occasions (the nonstop BOS-PIT was probably more expensive).

There are no longer any intra-state routes in Tennessee. Spirit will sell you a one stop from BNA to MEM through Las Vegas though.

United will sell you a two stop from MEM-DEN-ORD-TYS (Knoxville)

Yeah, that was one of the costs of dehubbing BNA and MEM.

Southern Airways had a weekend-only Jackson (TN)-Memphis flight last summer, which continued on to Destin. Wonder if it's returning this year?

I haven't been on all too many, but here's the ones I've flown:

California
OAK-LGB - My first flight ever, on JetBlue
SFO-LAX
LAX-SAN

Oregon
PDX-RDM - Certainly my most common one. When I was living in Bend, OR, connections via PDX on AS were common. Seems like they're pushing people through SEA now though.

Idaho
LWS-BOI - This route no longer exists. It was a part of a SEA-LWS-BOI route on AS. I didn't deplane in LWS.

NC - RDU-CLT
GA - ATL-CSG and ATL-SAV
FL - MCO-TLH, MCO-MIA
TX - HOU to AUS, DAL, HRL

Which state has the busiest intrastate flight network? California? Alaska? Hawaii?? Texas?

How do you define "busiest"? Passengers carried, capacity, quantity of flights, revenue, available seat miles, revenue passenger miles... it probably varies depending on the metric.
