Iran.

It's a more challenging/off the beaten track country to go to, and has fantastic history.

Unfortunately I didn't go Easter this year, and there's no way that I can go there during the summer given that wearing of short trousers is out.

Currently Turkish Airlines has return tickets BHX <--> IKA for £267.

In the vein of "all of something", I have a friend who's lifetime goal is to set foot in every US county. The last I knew he was almost done.
