VLI-LNE-SSR-LOD-SON among many others during my time living in Vanuatu. At the time was on VanAir, but I think that airline was absorbed by Air Vanuatu. At the time LNE, SSR, and LOD were grass runways. LNE was a memorable landing once, as the pilot dodged a cow that was grazing on the runway... literally.
SSR was also quite memorable once when a rookie pilot landed us on the front landing gear first and bounced a time or two... we did stop short of the coconut plantation at the end of the runway, thankfully.

+1! Also did XIY-SHA (Shanghai Honqiao)
Others:
DXB-KMG (Kunming, China)
DXB-MCT (Muscat, Oman)
Vail-Aspen (actually was an unscheduled fuel stop on a DEN-Aspen route as Aspen had a snow squall that prevented landing and we were low on fuel. Almost had to return to DEN and be bussed to Aspen.)
ADL-Kangaroo Island, South Australia (not sure if it was a scheduled service or a charter.)
Also:
DAL-BWI-PHL (before DFW existed)
DAL-Lawton, OK
JNB-Port Elizabeth (PLZ?)
Port Elizabeth-CPT
PHL-EWR
Did ONT-LAX & SNA-LAX many times when they existed. When I first moved to SoCal, it was cheaper to fly ONT-LAX-PHL then LAX-PHL. And I avoided LA traffic! What's not to like?

DXB-MCT for example: unless you did it on a DC-6 with intermediate stops in Sharjah, Ras al Khaimah and Sohab then that's really nothing noteworthy. DXB-MCT has 17 daily departures, 4 of which on widebodies. That is about as much seat capacity as Atlanta-Boston (slightly more flights, no widebodies). Not exactly rare.
Kunming airport has more than 47 Million emplanements a year, more than for instance Newark EWR, Charlotte, Miami or Sydney. Numerous daily widebody international flights (Thailand, France, Korea, UAE...) and numerous domestic flights on both widebody and narrowbody planes. Dubai is the world's largest airport for international flights. No other FTer or only few? I doubt it.
EGE-ASE is rare as a scheduled flight, but as you say it wasn't really scheduled EGE-ASE but a tech stop.

I can add a bunch of Kazakh routes. I'm sure some of the ones to major hubs are easy to knock out, but I'm some of them may stand.

SHD (Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport) to Washington Dulles International.
Not an exotic route, but definitely not commonly traveled.
You basically take off, level off for a few minutes, then start the descent.

I have done IAD-CHO and CHO-IAD.
My client is a little closer to SHD so I am planning on flying there for our next meeting just for some variety.

Considering how close CHO, and SHD, are to IAD, driving may be take less time, especially if you're on an RJ, that's not departing from the Z gates.
