Does SQ, TG & NH *A award availability is vissible within the full version of your tool? I will donate for the full version if it is.

If not, I have no use of the tool. That is the only reason why I need it.

Unfortunately no, as those airlines hide their award/upgrade booking classes from the Tool (TG award availability was shown up until April 2005).

In the FULL-tier version, award/upgrade booking classes are available for AF/KL/QF/OK/OS/BD/LO (all classes) + AC/CO/NW/AA (some classes).

Is Galileo working? I don't see anything coming back. It was working abt three weeks ago. Thanks. Example is JFK LHR on UA FEB 11 for Y class

I'm having problems with using the PNR-button. The problem is simple. When I click it nothing happens, I can see the yellow pop-up but not select wich system to use etc. Any solutions? Reinstall the program?

Galileo method appears to be down at the moment. The remaining 5 access methods are not affected.

That sounds really strange... Try rebooting and then re-installing the latest version of the Tool. If that doesn't help, just e-mail me a screen capture of that "yellow pop-up" ...

I use the program for several months now: it is absolutely great! Thank you very much!

I discovered one minor problem with Amadeus/AUA: Since recently, it shows only 4 to 6 flights even if there are many more flights, for example on ORD-IAD it shows only 1 to 4 UA nonstop-flights, depending on the chosen time of the day.

AUA has recently modified their engine to only return 1 set of flights per request (it used to be 3). Each such set normally consists of 40-45 flights, so it's not normally a problem for most routes (except the intra-US ones).

ITN Engine Is Temporarily Down
 

Looks like the ITN engine is temporarily down -- there should soon be a thread in the UA forum as this also means that United.com online reservations functionality is down.

As a FULL-tier KVS Tool user, you can simply switch to the Amadeus/AUA method for now as that functionality will not be affected by the ITN outage.

Question: With the demise of Amazon payments, much of this thread has become a series of requests for an alternate donation method. Why the secrecy? Why not simply update the download page to reflect the new form, whatever that may be? Is there something I'm missing?

There is no secrecy, really -- the download page has always listed (and continues to list) all of the alternative methods. Nor is there a "demise of Amazon" -- unfortunately, it is just available for a few random days per month for a variable number of contributors [thanks Amazon :mad:].

The Galileo method is currently not functioning, but I expect to find a new Galileo datasource by the time the next version (1.4.7) is released.

This does not affect the remaining 5 access method that are available to FULL-tier KVS Tool users.

My KVS is saying that the current version (1.4.6/F) is out of date, eyt downloading and installing only puts the same version, with the same resultant message. Am I missing something?

The tool otherwise seems to function (I mostly use Sabre).

I am assuming you have selected "US-USD" as your POS. If so, I would try checking your Internet Explorer cookie settings ...
