Hi everyone,
I just got the platinum version of KVS last week as I heard very good things. However, I can’t seem to find SQ saver award, only standards and full awards (although I find the language on the KVS support page very confusing: D/CM Business Medium/KF "Standard" Award* Note: Standard Awards (KVS Tool) = "Saver" Awards (SQ KF). When I search on KVS for a specific flight (SQ 285 on 23 Dec 2016), it says CA+CM+and CS-. However, on Krisflyer website no saver award is available (only standard and full). Can anyone please advise how I can search for SQ saver award space? Thanks |

By using the SQ KF website... the KVS tool does the same, but just scrapes the data and then displays the results in a different format. |

The KVS app actually makes searching less straightforward (you need to learn codes for SQ's "saver", "standard" and "full"). |

Welcome to the KVS Tool!
You are searching correctly, but please consult the KVS Tool User Guide to familiarize yourself with the Award Types and their corresponding codes. Also, as a general remark, it is really troublesome to have to learn so many new terms. I thought KVS should make it easier to search, not more troublesome? |
First time i got this - seems to apply also for timetable searches:
You have exceeded your monthly usage limit (400/400). |

Hello,
Can someone tell me if it is possible to load up the seatmap on KVS with BA as OLCI opens? I tried before my subscription ended and I was told by the system that it is not available. Would be great if I can look at last minute available seats in cabins so I can choose a seat with no one next to me. (PS if I can then can I use this function on other airlines as well?) |

I don't think that is possible on KVS, but why not check on BA.com? Your strategy is flawed, however, since the likelihood of that seat remaining vacant is low. Many people do not preselect their seat and are assigned one automatically.

OK, but my point is that the seat map is a poor predictor of whether or not the seat next to you is free, even within three hours of the flight lots of things can and do change.
