It has been de-enhanced, so that this is no longer available. You can see availability, with some restrictions, on the mobile tool.

THanks! As for the mobile tool, you mean the Diamond-level tool? Because the regular website requires some username/password, which I do not recall setting up...

I suspect LE means www.kvstool.com/mc which does require your username and password.

Yes, LondonElite is referring to the tool available at the diamond level. What website are you referring to?

Correct. There is also a mobile app you can use, but you need the diamond level functionality for this. Did you not receive a registration code from KVS?

When searching for fares between city pairs I was able to choose all carriers and filter for e.g. *A.
Now I cannot find this option..

Also, is there an option to either search for specific fares/booking classes or increase the number of fares to be listed?

For some searches I got a large quantity of the same fare with marginally increased prices.

"(All Airlines)" is the first option in the Airline list -- please scroll up or enter "**".

Ideally KVS would add this to the portfolio in a authorized way. I just gave up my ExpertFlyer subscription primarily because I fly Delta a lot, so was hoping for an alternative.

"**" definitely remains the first item in the Airline list -- please ensure that you are scrolling all the way up.

Will you change this engine and can you explain why have you change the engine that works before: license too expensive?

Good luck with that. As someone else said, perhaps proprietary data obtained in an unauthorized way is getting harder to come by. See wiki.

You gave money for permission to use KVS's scraping software to access bits of the internet for a period of time, with no guarantees that it would actually access anything useful to you: "features are subject to change without notice".

You thought you were buying a service because that's the way the scraper is marketed.

I'm planning a trip later this year, and would like to use AA miles to book a flight on CX. I've been using BA/JAL/QF sites a long with Award Nexus to monitor availability. Is there a main benefit to KVS vs these tools? The KVS option just seem more expensive. Thanks

The [Fares/PSH] Engine no longer exists and, as previously mentioned, the replacement [Fares/GOL] Engine does not support specific Cabin requests.

Actually, it's usually the other way around, as the KVS Tool does not impose limits on the number of frequency of Award Availability searches that its users can perform.

We are aware of intermittent server issues, which are impacting the KVS Tool Homepage and the Mobile Companion, and are working on resolving them ASAP.

This does not affect the main KVS Tool Application, which continues to function normally throughout this period.

Indeed, the server issue has been resolved and all KVS Tool systems are now working normally.
