BTW I was an email admin for a large government agency and I can assure you that the large providers (MS/Google) would block things (not let them through as Spam) and had nothing to do with the incoming IP "reputation score" (static Class B owned by a large State Government agency). Now we've migrated to O365 where all mail (there is no delineation between "internal" and "external" with O365 Gx tenants) gets treated the same. We've had repeated instances where "internal email" (ie, I send an email to my colleague right across from me) gets treated/marked as Spam. Reputation is not based on IP only - it's based on content of the e-mails, DMARC, DKIM, SPF settings. From my own experience, you can get your server whitelisted by both MS/Google if you can prove that you're legitimate business... If you honestly believe in what you said about O365, then there is no point in further discussion. |

Anyway to reach out to KVSTool team to obtain the registration code? Have sent in multiple requests via the online form on their website but no reply. Frustrating.

Is it just me or KVStool tends to be really slow and fail often when searching one query a few moments after another? Starting to feel that searching on AA is much faster...

Try searching Miles&More through their hopeless app. Also, the tool doesn't search AA, but uses other OW member sites for availability |

I'm wondering what option I have to get a registration code if I dont have a non-gmail address? I have contributed and havent been sent a code (on a gmail address). Any help on what options I have would be appreciated.

Bought a 12m Diamond package, Received the temp key within a few minutes, however so far I'm unable to get any relevant data out of it. Skyteam / AF, not working at all. Delta is throwing an error.

Sure, but this was not mentioned anywhere, and I don't like statements "as soon as possible". If I take AF engine as an example, this could take 2 years....as that one is down since June 2021 if I understand correctly. This should have been removed from the offering then, as it still shows as supported, even though I would agree that the Skyteam/DL could support some of the queries around upgrade/rewards.
As a heavy Skyteam user with a strong focus on Awards/Upgrade, this tool is now not useful. I've initiated a PayPal dispute, as this tool is not providing the features that were mentioned and I recommend anyone to first check here what does work for other users before buying a membership. |

Although I initially asked a question in the Awards.flights FT thread, it seems more appropriate here now that I've found the KVS thread (actually found another FT KVS thread that was locked).
Thanks for creating this tool KVS ! Just checked out KVS website - Seems like KVS is a program that needs to be installed and from what I can tell, a "contribution" is required for KVS? Is it really just asking for payment to use the KVS tool? Is there a free option to test out KVS. |

I have to do more research on other tools out there. I found the awards.flights Chrome extension which is now no longer working, the KVS tool which from what I'm reading and seeing works intermittently with some bugs, and then I also read about the cowtool briefly which works well but has limited access to a certain group of people that meet a set of criteria. Are there any other tools which can do seamless searches that are reliable and readily accessible for a small fee, or preferably, no fee? |

I completed the payment on May 9 and the temporary code has just expired today. As of today, I still have not received the permanent code. I did not use gmail. I request KVS to send me the code as soon as possible so I can use the tool.

I will also add another DP, I'm still awaiting a membership code since March. Email sent shortly after purchase went ignored. Almost on the verge of a chargeback.

At this point, I think this thread needs a wiki with a warning ab🛞ut the questionable business practices of KVS so more unsuspecting people are not taken advantage of.

KVS used to be a great tool with excellent support.
Today the activity of the owner seems to be limited to regularly tapping into the income from the sale of "memberships". The sale is advertised with comprehensive services, some of which have not worked at all for many months. The only thing that always works is the page to pay. |
I purchased the KVS Tool Diamond with my ISP's e-mail address (not gmail or outlook), but neither temporary registration code nor permanent code arrives to me two days after the registration. I would request KVS to issue the code and directly send it to me.

According to his profile, KVS has not logged on to FlyerTalk since Apr 26, 23. That's two months ago today. Please note that FlyerTalk is not a KVS customer assistance venue. You should submit customer service requests directly to KVS through their website. |

As TWA884 has said, there is no guarantee that KVS will read this or respond. You need to take this up with KVS directly. Depending on the payment method you used, you might also be able to seek assistance or a refund from the payment processor or your card issuer. |
Given KVS' business model is built upon disregarding various website's terms and conditions/use agreements.....it shouldn't be a surprise they disregard their own obligations to their subscribers.
