Many thanks for implementing fare search by cabin!!! I did not even notice this feature became available...
No premium fare will hide from me now in the 'middle';)

OK, clear how it works.
At the same time GDSs allow to search fares by cabin, could you please look if you can implement this? If you need specific commands for a given GDS, please let me know by e-mail and will see what I have. This type of search would increase the value of the tool as the 'middle' in our case would include best fares in business/ first which may not be seen otherwise unless we search a specific airlines. Thanks! |

Blank page returns?
Hi,
I'm getting a lot of...well.. nothing... the last day or two. Type in search criteria, hit search and get a blank page. URL still says: http://www.expertflyer.com/air/flightAvailability.do but just nothing. Having failures on all pages on new queries, but saved queries are executing just fine. Don't think anything has changed on my end - no browser update, windows update, changes to any trackers/adblockers. Using Win7/FF23.0.1 with ABP and ghostery blocking trackers. Any thoughts? Thanks! |

Manual clearing cache worked.
Thanks.

New user to expert flyer and just trying to get the hang of it.
I am looking to make a trip to Brazil for the WC and want to be on the ball if ticket prices drop. I live in BFE so the site is giving me a bit of trouble... Things I am looking for: Saver award availabity on *A (Copa) from SJU to REC and SAO to SJU. I can book seats during that time to anywhere else in south america via the SJU to PTY flight so the limited availability has to be the PTY to Brazil. How would I go about setting an alert for saver economy for PTY to REC and SAO to PTY on *A? Saver award alert on AA, looking for MIA to REC and either SAO to MIA or CWB to MIA on the way back. The cost of the exact flight I want from SJU to Brazil, an interBrazil flight and then back home to SJU is about 1650 during a downtime. I would be in love with that price for my dates. ($2300 for mine ATM). Do I need to set alerts for specific legs for my trip? obviously the PTY/MIA-Brazil legs are the ones that are costing me. What fare classes should I set alerts for (basically what are the cheapest fare classes for UA,AA,DL?) A bit much, but just trying to stay ahead of the game for my trip! |

New to EF. Trying to use it to decide if I will be able to SDC my flight on Tuesday and if my UG chances are better on a different flight. I am booked in T on this flight:
DL 28 0 MCO 09/17/13 12:30 PM ATL J2 C2 D0 I0 Z0 Y9 B9 M9 S9 H9 Q9 K9 L9 U9 T9 X9 V9 E9 DL's seat map shows only 3 unassigned seats in F. Thinking about calling DL tomorrow at 12:30 and SDC to this flight: DL 2018 0 MCO 09/17/13 11:30 AM ATL F4 P4 A2 G2 Y9 B9 M9 S9 H9 Q9 K6 L6 U6 T3 X2 V2 E0 There are many more F seats but only 3 in the T bucket. Since I am in T I should be able to SDC. Right? And am I right that there are many more F seats available? |
Fare Search
It seems fare search is less powerful than before.
I don't see "Ticket Date" option now. I used it to search for historical fare published on a particular date. It seems even if without choosing "Validate Fare" option, it forces to check the validatiy of the fare by its effective/expiration date. For example, if I search for a fare valid from next January and choose travel date this year, it won't show up. Basically I want to search for the best available fare in GDS at the moment (and historically) for a given city pair. It seems this is not possible to acheive now without playing around with the travel date, which is a huge pain.:td: If the fare search function does not improve, I will stop my subscription. |

The Fare Information search hasn't changed, just click the Show Advanced options to see the Ticketing Date and Show Fares for All Travel Dates option, as has always been the case.

TK direct display errors
Could you please check what causes 'no data' for the following request:
KUL-WAW via IST, airline TK, date 11JAN14. If no airline specified the data is returned, but there seem to be some issue with data returned by TK display. |

Anyone have an idea why I don't see US airway's PHL-TLV or TLV-PHL flight in the awards and upgrades section of EF?
