For the last 24 hours, i am seeing errors of "HTTP Error 504" in Chrome and blank page in Firefox when trying to access award wallet.
Anybody else sees this or has seen it before?

Are you still experiencing this problem? There have been a few intermittent connectivity issues, which based on feedback from a few that have reported the same problem, is resolved.

i am a little bit loss here. I just signed up and it indicated that I am AwardWallet Plus with an expiration of three months. What happens after three months? Do they downgrade me to a basic account? Is it basically free for the basic account?

That is exactly it. You'll be automatically downgraded to the free account.

If you start a subscription for AwardWallet Plus prior to Feb 1, 2017 (https://awardwallet.com/user/pay), you'll be grandfathered in at the $10/year rate as long as you maintain the AwardWallet Plus subscription. If you subscribe now you will not be billed until the day your complimentary AwardWallet Plus level expires.

Is there a way to make payment using iOS in app purchases? The app doesn't seem to give any such payment option. I have just signed up and created my account.

Ashu, I'm sorry anyone from support came off in that manner. In my experience, I've heard nothing but good things -- the team is honest and to the point with their answers.

I paid for the service for a while, and when UA stopped allowing AW to access, the service became far less valuable to me.

Also, several of them have problems access - Hilton is almost useless, and MyPoints is flaky at times.

Mary, sorry to hear this. I don't personally have MyPoints so I can't share my experience with it. That said, Hilton works without issue for 5 accounts I have linked in my AwardWallet profile.

If you'd like to send any issues over to https://awardwallet.com/contact the team will be happy to look at it and address and problems you're having -- the last thing anyone wants is something not working as designed.

OK... Apparently the issue has been corrected.

I tried a little more than a week ago and hit the same captcha picture problem. I just tried it again and it is working.
