Me too! It's low contrast and hard to read. What exactly were they trying to accomplish with the change? It appears to be organized in the same manner, just harder to see.

The change is an "enhancement", I guess on the back end there are improvements, but for the UI, it is just too compact, monotone, and there is no contrast. This was on beta for a while, but apparently now the main page.

I hate it too. Accidently agreed to change it and no idea how to go back to teh good ol format.

The problem I've had with the website is that when I tried to restore my passwords (i save mine locally to avoid them being hacked on the AW website) ... it must have screwed up ... as when i tried to update my accounts, they all failed !

I've just been through all 40 accounts manually correcting the passwords !!

Was there any general announcement of the planned change to a new UI?

Seems like a step backward in visual appearance. And I don't see any enhancement in functionality.

I had to re-input ~5 of the ~20 accounts that I'm using AW to track. I had to delete one account and add itback because AW said I had been locked out that account ... and I could not find a way to clear the message and access the account.

I really liked the old interface. Is there a way to get it back? The travel plan page was especially helpful and I really miss it. I always enthusiastically recommended AWARDWALLET but this new format is a bust :td::td:

My AwardWallet is asking me for every password this morning.

I keep the passwords saved locally.

Anyone else? Feels like I lost my cookie.

i hope you have previously saved down your AW password file ?

restoring them is a bit non-intuitive - you have to tick your accounts first, and then the option of restoring passwords is available.

Is anyone having trouble with AwardWallet today? Most of my accounts aren't pulling up and are showing errors. I've tried it several times over the past 5 hours with no improvement.

Working fine for me just now with the exception of British Airways, so I don't think that's AW's fault.

My chase accounts have not worked for about a month. I can't use the auto login or manual update. Anybody else have this problem. I am using Firefox.

I want to delete my Fatwallet account but with this new 'improvement' I don't see the way you can delete an account.

In the list, choose the account you'd like to delete, and at the top of the list two new options will appear: "Actions" and a trash can. Hit the trash can and that account will be gone.

As far as updating, my BAs don't work, but everything else does.

Have not been having login problems. However, about a month ago, I realized that points from my Chase Fairmont card were no longer being displayed, whereas my Ultimate Rewards points were being displayed correctly. I can't say for sure in terms of timing, but I suspected the problem was related to the updated user interface that Chase rolled out about a month ago.

It took about 4 or 5 email exchanges with AW's tech support, but now the Fairmont points are displayed correctly, and UR points continue to be correctly displayed.

Based on the tenacious efforts by AW Tech Support to solve my problem, I suggest you contact them.
