Hey all, let's keep it friendly and avoid personal attacks. Let's share our opinions (and to each, his own), debate representations of facts with which we don't agree, and share information for everyone's benefit. But there's no benefit to anyone by attacking others. The TG ROP forum is the friendly forum.

Couldn't have said it better. I just removed another post which denigrated another FTer, and will continue to do so as necessary. For some reason, this thread seems to be hovering right around the line, going back and forth over it. When we disagree, let's do so civilly and respectfully. Thanks.

I find cheerleading for theA340 very tiresome.

Hardly cheerleading. F in the 346 is little different - and certainly not significantly inferior - to the 747.

I totally agree! What is wrong with this long, slender quiet iron bird... She gets a bad wrap! To me, it's simple, if you loathe a particular aircraft, don't fly with them...

I'd gladly have them back on the SYD route!

Cheers,

AG. :-:

And I'll take an empty F cabin anytime. Was the only F pax twice on CX HKG-LAX. Spectacular!! When you're the only pax in a small cabin like that, it's a completely different feeling.

I have to agree that the food on Thai is inedible. Some how they always make it incredibly salty, oily and nasty. Who on Earth cooks this stuff anyways? The local Chinese restaurant down my street? Popeye's Chicken?

I would say it's often inedible, but not always. Thai always keeps you on your toes.

Rick69: Thanks. Two more great videos! I noticed that the amount of caviar served on the BKK-SYD flight was very generous. I hope that I will get the same amount on my NRT-BKK flight on Feb. 2nd in 2K.

In my experience they almost always offer seconds of caviar on BKK-SYD-BKK
