Everything seems to be OK now. It does show 483 messages in my PM box, I thought it was at 492 this morning, but I could be wrong. Noting recent is missing, I didn't check the old stuff.

Nope, not everything is back yet. The Delta Forum Lounge Thread is showing 1,025,084 views. I know that it passed 1,111,111 views around last weekend, it was up around 1,114,xxx by Tuesday.
