Unsubscribe to this forum + fat fingers = :(
I find that when I'm on my ipod trying to surf I manage to unsubscribe from forums on an altogther too frequent basis. The problem is that when you try to select a forum from your subscribed list under MyFlyertalk the unsubscribe link is very close to the forum title listed underneath it.
An "are you sure" prompt would be helpful. Or remove the unsubscribe link altogther if you know someone is on a mobile device.
I realize this is probably more of a suggestion than a tech issue.
Thanks for listening!

I have suggested this several times. I cannot understand how such a simple fix can never make it to the top of the priority list. When you subscribe to a forum, you have to go through a nagging "confirm" screen, when you unsubscribe, you don't. It should be the other way around.

I just accidently unsubscribed from a forum for the umpteenth time, and decided to throw together a greasemonkey script to save myself:

No idea why the very prominent "Unsubscribe..." links take up very prominent space in the MyFlyerTalk page.

Think about it: I have 6 forums that I follow all the time, and it's been that way for 7 years.
Why do I need an "Unsubscribe" link in my navigation page? I'm never gonna need to unsubscribe, and were I to, I'd want the Bulletin board to at least ask me for confirmation.
I feel like we're saying "Hey - your website isn't user-friendly the way we would have expected it in 1998, but, maybe, just maybe, you can make the grade to 2004?"

just moved the unsubscribe link to the right side for threads you're subscribed to and I've change the "Unsubscribe from this Forum" text to "Unsubscribe", which should be a smaller target. Is this acceptable?
FYI, we're not going to remove the button completely and creating a confirmation page isn't really do-able.
