Awesome work!
The only thing I can possibly see anyone complaining about is that on a regular (non-iPhone) browser, the spacing between the thread listings is a bit more so there's a touch more scrolling needed, but it's just a minor cosmetic change that is really not a valid complaint, especially in light of the problem it solves.

(Of course, the vBulletin development team needs to have their heads examined for not including a confirmation page for unsubscribing from a thread, especially when there's a confirmation page for subscribing...
)

just moved the unsubscribe link to the right side for threads you're subscribed to and I've change the "Unsubscribe from this Forum" text to "Unsubscribe", which should be a smaller target. Is this acceptable?
FYI, we're not going to remove the button completely and creating a confirmation page isn't really do-able.
