Since Joel mentioned time on board, I assumed it was referring to Original Member (of which there seems to be no designation). Perhaps it's just me, but think it's a bit silly to have an Original Poster badge. One can see who the OP was be reading the first post in the thread

Mine were activated when I liked a post.
Edit: Reading through this thread I'm thinking we need one more set of badges, number of most random and pathetic things complained about (Hall of Rants et al.)
BTW, I like the badges, nice job!

Since the launch of this badge feature, about half the time when I try to create a new thread the thread gets created, but I'm not redirected to the new thread. I get an HTTP 500 error instead. This happens in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on Windows and ChromeOS.
Just got one a few minutes ago when I created this thread - AA - RIC-ATL / ATL-RIC - $356 r/t - Domestic First - 240 TP

Where do you assign the countries in your profile? I looked at mine and don't see anywhere that I would specify where I've been?

Just some words of encouragement - really awesome feature! Most of the feedback seems in relation to designing this feature so everyone has a common understanding of what the badges mean. You'll get there, love this forum. Cheers.
