I normally get notification email once a day but so far today, I received them 3 times (3:00am, as per norma), but also just after noon and just now (just before 2pm). Is something up?

Same here. I got my usual 3:02AM EST and then received a batch at 12:07PM, 12:12PM, and 1:57PM.

I;ve not had any notifications for months, is there anything I need to do to re enable them? I couldn't see anything obvious in here?

I had the same issue recently. Very annoying.

Tech help desk tried to resolve it and was unsuccessful. FT was in my contacts, safe senders, etc. Tried everything I could think of to no avail. In the end, I had to change my email and it worked. Good luck.

Still no difference, do I delete my id and start again?

Haven't had issues for months. Have you tried changing your email rather than your id?

OK, have changed - lets see what happens tomorrow! If you change and it works has anyone tried changing it back to their original email? If so did it continue to work?

Depends where the issue is. I was having the issue at the same time as others (iirc but it’s been a while) and I use Office 365 so I would think an issue there would affect many.

I created a new email address. No issues since then.

Okay..... I'm hopelessly ignorant with computers/technology, but I used to receive instant email alerts whenever there was a new post in the Premium Fare Deals forum. I'm not even sure how I set up the alerts back in the day. :o

A few years ago I got an email from FT (that I didn't understand) about updating servers or something and I needed to do take steps in order to continue receiving the alerts. I didn't do any of it. I then only started getting a daily update listing any new posts on the forum (as opposed to the instant alert any time there was a new post). Now I don't even get that message anymore. Not sure why.

Can somebody tell me how to start up the instant alerts for the Premium Fare Deals posts again? Like step-by-step? Or is it even possible anymore? I just missed the recent BA deal that I could have really used. Don't want to miss out again! Thanks so much. :)

Does this account have the email address you'd like to receive the alerts to?

Thanks so much for the response! :) Yes, I had an email address attached to it, as that's how I was getting the updates any time there was a new post in the Premium Fare Deals forum. I recently changed the email address (taking the advice from the thread/posts here) and it now seems that I get updates to any new posts on forums to which I'm subscribed. But I'm still not sure if I'll get an alert if there is a new post in the Premium Deals thread.
