Not sure if it is the same issue or something else, but I have not been getting email alerts for new posts in this thread that I started and show as subscribed to: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/hyat...er-thread.html

All of my other email alerts for other threads seem to be coming through as normal. I am guessing maybe the fact that I used the "start thread with a review" feature somehow has it in a different category?

my thread got moved here but not seeing a response for this particular issue. I receive all thread subscription emails - both immediate and digest - but get nothing when I receive a PM

In "My FlyerTalk" select "Edit Options" from the menu on the left side. Then scroll down to "Private Messaging" and check the box for the "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages" option.

but it worked on a computer so I was able to tweak the setting

This error is still happening when clicking on Edit Options link in Chrome browser on mobile phone.

Another workaround is to tick Desktop Site box in browser settings, then options can be changed on mobile phone

Not getting daily summaries again. Last one was Monday 13 March. Is there a new issue? I am getting the instant notifications.

Daily summary of Air Canada Forum and possibly some individual posts. FYI, still no summaries as of this writing.

Just checked, it’s called Air Canada/Aeroplan Update. Comes daily.
