Not receiving subscribed threads email summaries or PM notification emails

Not sure if it is the same issue or something else, but I have not been getting email alerts for new posts in this thread that I started and show as subscribed to: Secrets Impression Moxché -- Playa del Carmen REVIEW - MASTER THREAD
All of my other email alerts for other threads seem to be coming through as normal. I am guessing maybe the fact that I used the "start thread with a review" feature somehow has it in a different category?

Another workaround is to tick Desktop Site box in browser settings, then options can be changed on mobile phone
