Some ways to reverse new features

1) Disabling infinite scroll:
  • Go to My FlyerTalk Control Panel
    • Edit options
      • Disable Infinite Scroll

2) Restore previous post editing options:
  • Go to My FlyerTalk Control Panel
    • Settings and Options
      • Miscellaneous Options
        • Message Editor Interface and select Standard Editor -- extra formatting controls (you may see odd behavior in this unsupported editor)

NOTE: For ease of both members posting and Technical Support, this thread has been split into two threads for 2018; one exclusively for MOBILE devices, the other for DESKTOP devices. You can find them here:

It feels clunky on my iPad Air. Scrolling up and down is a bit sticky... might be because of the header and footer.

Is is there no option for the original classic experience?

"My Posts" will list every post you have made. Or are you trying to get a list of threads? That will be "My Recent Posts"

Can you go back to whatever default font size you used to have for the reply box or tell me how I change it permanently.

This new layout is a nightmare. It makes the screen and reading area look so small.

Not at all the same thing. That is only subscribed threads. Again, the old feature listed out all the threads you've posted to, even if you were not subscribed to the thread.

Turning off Infinite Scroll in MyFlyerTalk will eliminate this for now while we work on fixing it.

Ah yes. "My recent posts" on the far top username dropdown means "Threads I have posted to"

Shame it means scrolling past more of the header space, which seems to have got bigger .

Not at all the same feature as what we had. Again, the old behavior listed out each thread that you've posted in, and ordered them by date of the most recent post in the thread. The benefit is that you don't have to be subscribed to a thread, but you can check in from time to time to see if it has been updated. It was really valuable. To me anyways.

Also, My Posts does NOT list out every post you've ever made. For me it only goes back 1000 posts.

Can you just put the old skin back and be done. This is a crock of unadulterated crap. Nothing is intuitive as far as I am concerned and I have not seen one "enhancement" that actually is one.

I've just unsubscribed from a thread that I've posted to, and the thread is still showing in the My Recent Posts list.

I've also unsubscribed from this thread to test what happens with this post.

Multi-quote not working for me. Only last message (that I click "Quote" in) is quoted.

It seemed to be intermittent anyway, so even if it clears this time not sure I could say its fixed.
