My "favorites" are the Citi AAdvantage card ads that block the text of the first couple of posts of a thread, making it impossible to quote or even read those posts and respond to them. It's almost laughable.

iOS 9.1 (although I had the same problem with 8.x and 7.x--I upgraded a device from each of these in the last month)

iPhone 5 and iPad 2

I have to refresh 5 or six times to get a page to load properly whenever this appears:

I am now getting exactly the same problem.

IE 10. Windows 7 on a laptop from the UK.

Of all the sites I visit, this one has an awful number of ads, it makes reading the site a nightmare
But then I think it's owned by internet brands right? they have a habit of buying sites out and plastering them with ads.

United mileage plus credit card ads are covering half of the posts. They cover the quote box so I can't quote a post. There is no way to X it out either. I understand ads but do they have to be so intrusive and obnoxious?

IB blocking FT pages from loading
 

This is more for the Admin: In the past day or so, the pages at FT are failing to load past the top banner, plus a button for IB Internet Brands Travel. Takes 2-3 refreshes to load the page so there seems to be an issue, it's not my internet connection. Is anyone else having this? I have a screen grab if only I could work out how to attach a jpg to this.

Funny you should say that and I was just about to send a PM to the Moderators (but hopefully they will pick up on this and report it)

In the last few days I have also had the same thing and on different browsers, clearing cookies blah blah.

Never happened before, ever, and I really don't know much about IT and initially thought it was my laptop.

There's a thread in the Technical Issues forum discussing this, iBobi is checking it out.

And have just noticed on other banner ads too, although IB seems to be the worst offender.
