There's some tweaking going on. We don't have a firm resolution yet, but you may be getting the updates for the time being thanks to Dick.

So, the queue is being cleaned up which means that you should be getting some of the emails that you'd previously missed. I had to stop and restart the process, which is why you might be getting some doubles.
Like Paul said, we're not completely sure that we've resolved this, but we've made some progress in diagnosing the issue.

I've got a few threads that I subscribe to for daily updates...in the last few days the mailings have been a lot more sporadic, but I'm guessing that's from the stop/restart of the process. It looks like the Sunday morning updates came through fine, as did some of the Monday morning ones. It looks like the extra copies started coming in Monday midday, which is probably someone working on the system and trying to diagnose. Normally I get them between 3am and 3:30am Eastern Time, so any that come in during that window I consider the normal overnight daily batch run.
Overnight last night some of them came through fine, but not all. Dunno if that helps with the debugging.

In my timezone they used to come in around 9am which was great. Now they arrive in the middle of the night which is not so great. But as you say, something is better than nothing.

I am using gmail and since a couple days the emails went into the Spam folder. I opened a couple of them and declared them 'no spam' and now it seems to be ok again.
Seems to me like at least google is treating flyertalk emails by default as spam now since it did work until a couple days ago.

No daily email summaries to my subscribed forums since July 20, except for duplicated emails on July 25 then zip, nada, zilch.

What you are experiencing is happening to many users at this time. Last week we updated our forum software and we expect that this is an unintended side effect. We are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We're sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work to remedy this issue. Re-registering your preferences will not help and I'm unsure of if they will start automatically again once the fix is live.

I stopped receiving all but one of my subscriptions on July 27. Originally I was told to check my spam folder (nothing there) and then I was directed to this thread, with a suggestion that I subscribe (hmmm....). Here's hoping you guys can fix this ASAP. Thanks.
