I haven't been getting emails for some time as well. But then about 4 days ago I started receiving 1 email for one of the forums I am subscribed to. I even tried unsubscribe and re-subscribe, still nothing.

I have let tech know about this thread. The problem is that everything looks 100% OK on our end. Our email system has been checked up and down , twice all over- and they can't find anything that seems wrong or linked to your problem.
Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully it will get resolved soon.

I've now checked my mailservers logs today, the ones that receive mail directly from your servers (mx5.internetbrands.com) , and could not see any traces of more than one connection. Looks like the problem is in your end somewhere.

I have the same problem. Subscribed to 9 forums. Only receiving updates on 1. Hope it gets fixed quickly. Thanks.

Instead of the 5 forum update emails I have been receiving for years, I now only get 2, with the occasional post update email.
Please let's get this fixed ASAP!

Now it's happening intermittently for me. It was working fine, but I noticed over the last few days that a few emails here and there are missing.

Just wanted to follow-up. I've been having a few issues today. Emails for new posts have not been showing up, until 15-25 minutes after the post is added to the thread.. Any ideas?

I haven't gotten my flyertalk forum subscriptions for the last two days (though I did get 2 thread update emails ... there probably should be more). Anybody else or just me?
