I have let tech know about this thread. The problem is that everything looks 100% OK on our end. Our email system has been checked up and down , twice all over- and they can't find anything that seems wrong or linked to your problem.
Received only one update today, should have been five updates. The one I got was a weekly update, the daily updates didn't come today either.
I've now checked my mailservers logs today, the ones that receive mail directly from your servers (mx5.internetbrands.com) , and could not see any traces of more than one connection. Looks like the problem is in your end somewhere.
