It is indeed unfortunate that this board doesn't seem to support any way of posting something to multiple areas. The idea of cross-posting, something that has existed in newsgroups for a very long time, is a basic, fundamental feature for such a system as this.

In my opinion, there are times when an offer from a particular scheme, or an offer that involves two or more specific schemes, should be posted to all the related areas. It should not be posted as several different discussions, but be one single thread.

The lack of this basic functionality is most unfortunate.

Actually, it was just pure luck. I often tease Camera Guy that we must be twins seperated at birth. But, I don't suppose the truth will count with you Oz? eh?

The king of long winded spam mass e-mailings is now complaining about FT'ers communicating in private.

OK Camera Guy, mark that down as TWO hypocrites on this thread. And neither are called Ozstamps. You know by now the dictionary definition - you have posted it a few dozen times.

Go for it. Post the names and users RIGHT here if you are "quite certain". Perhaps you are simply annoyed there are some who DO appreciate good advice and thank those you proffer it on FT. And perhaps you are still annoyed your "DOC" poll on CO went so badly against you?

There are absolutely no fake users re my posts this year Camera Guy (and wharvey) and that frustrates you like mad. What was done last year is done. IP logging has seen to that. Cigarman was caught and fake user ID cancelled for harrassing other posters with fake Alias. (And only THEN he fessed up). I did the same. Wonderland (who had a curious multi posting marathon early one morning in the CO Forum) was caught by IP logging and made repent. Go back, READ some old threads. It is history only you seem obsessed with revisiting each day. Many learned valuable lessons in 2000. Flyer Talk has moved on and has been the better place due to it. You seem incapable of doing that.

Your thread that Randy chose to close down recently was due to a NUMBER of FT'ers asking for that to be done. Go check. It had been ignored pretty much for a week, with those regulars on the boards showing what they thought or you, and it, by posting anything BUT a response. But mostly ignoring it, and you. Until the first REAL instance of a well known board member posting under a fake name in 2001 occured - via your other VERY interesting obsession, notsonewhere, posted upon it, and Randy clearly decided enough was enough.

If you were really concerned about fake users in 2001 you'd have been yelping about that. Then AND now. But No. Not a peep out of you how wrong that was. Why?? Hmmm. wharvey just went and dredged up an old thread congratulating himself "on all the emails he got for getting to 250 posts". What a ROTFL. If anyone was going to get all excited about that historic occassion, it would have been done on the thread. Talk about pots and kettles and black.

I have no need to offer you any proof... and I have many emails from people in support of my position... HOWEVER, I will not post them as I would never betray their confidence.

In regards to my "self congratulations", I felt that was appropriate to thank the community and really do not care if you trust me or not. I have done NOTHING on here to indicate a lack of trust - unlike you! HOW MANY TIMES have you congratulated yourself on your posts... remembering the Hilton one recently? Don't even go there.

OZSTAMPS... I resent being called pathetic. I have never once hid behind my comments and created aliases to support my positions since no one else on the board would do so. I will now publicly state that you are the reason I will not be at Catman's CMD III in March even though I will be in NYC... and I am not the only one who is not attending due to you. AND NO, I will not post who I know feels that way. Feel free to post such a request... and see if anyone responds.

This board was so refreshing and enjoyable during the time you were not posting... I only wish it was that way again.

I would submit that there are no real "winners" and that we are ALL"losers" who would participate in such a thread!
