Thanks! I can now cancel my reservations that have me hopping as of Sept 16.

However, I always find that my interested hotel has no availability for the free night promotion. Hope that this time is better luck.

Can anyone advise me on the following:

Whenever the Q4 promo comes up, will I have to rebook in order to benefit from the promo?

I'm relatively new to the SPG promos and program, I'm sure someone can reply based on previous promos.

Hard to say without knowing what the promo is and its T&C.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8703e/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/106)

The details of this promo seemed to have been kept under wraps as well as the Palin pick for VP. Can't believe we haven't broken the code and gotten a preview of the t&cs on this yet. Oh well, just days away now.

Hi GVA,

I would advise that you take your time to view the web link given on the 16th of September, especially the T&Cs. From the title given, you get to "choose", on whatever options that will be revealed on that date itself.

Did I reveal too big a hint this time? I hope not.

Have a great weekend.

Here is what I would like as the "bonus starpoints" part of the promo

Starwood has nine different brands. The more brands you stay at during Q4, the more Starpoints you earn:
1 brand = 5k
2 brands = 10k
3 brands = 15k
4 brands = 25k
5 brands = 35k
6 brands = 50k
7 brands = 70k
8 brands = 100k

Requiring us to stay in all 9 brands seems unrealistic since there is only one element hotel available in Q4.

Must be complex if they feel we need 15 days to choose!

Maybe we need 15 days to clarify the T&C of the promotion.
