That's not new, I used to receive those with the old website as well.

Fidelity takes it one step further and converts your password to the phone keypad equivalent. So if your password is "goD" any capitalization, 463, g6d, 46d, G6d, etc all work. Hooray for tiny possibly password spaces at financial institutions.

Is there any way to search for hotels by airport code in the new site, or has that function been removed ?

At the top of the home page, click on the dropdown BOOK & REDEEM.
On the right side of that page, click on HOTEL DIRECTORY & MAP.
At the bottom right of that page, in the box labeled Hotel Name Keyword Search click on Advanced Search.
On that page, under Search Options click on Airport and enter airport code.
As I said, not intuitive but the function is still around.

I had got as far as the Hotel Directory & Map page, but hadn't noticed the Advanced option. I did try the 'Airport' filter, but discovered this is useless : it shows all properties at cities which have an airport (eg everything in Chicago) rather than properties actually near the airport.
Makes you wonder if, with the website being optimised for one-user tablets, the design and/or testing for traditional multi-user desktops is not as rigorous as is used to be.

Please bring back the BRG link in the bottom left corner of every SPG page!
Also, would like my Lifetime nights posted on the opening page when I log in.

Using Chrome and can't find area to log-in on homepage:

After one minute of browsing the the new site I'm not a fan. The basics aren't there, Ie. one click to my stays or activity (vs. hover then click). Get that right then focus on your new geeky functionality.

Top right : Click on "USERNAME OR SPG NUMBER", or on the V next to it, and it then unfolds to show a password field.
