Add to UA:
HKG-SIN
HKG-SGN
NRT-BKK
All of them can be purchased separately even though they belong to direct flights with stops.
UA doesn't fly to Nagoya (NGO), I guess that's a mistake there. Also, they are set to start flying IAD-ACC sometime in June - see http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/unite...-overview.html

TG only flies to DME (and MOW is not a separate airport but an area code encompassing DME, SVO and VKO). They switch equipment on this route twice a year between the B777 and the A340 and only the latter type has F.

SQ still flies SIN-DME-IAH. The SIN-DXB-DME is gone however.
If you are trying to use miles for business or first you'll need SQ KrisFlyer miles (or LH) since it is 77W aircraft.

Would like to add that LH will turn its MUC-YUL vv seasonal service to year round this winter. Basically 5x weekly during winter and daily during daylight savings. So F on LH between MUC and YUL is now a year round thing as oppose to seasonal.

LH FRA-YYC
LH seems to be having a First Class cabin on the FRA-YYC flight (operated by a 343). May be seasonal (is available next April and onwards)

MS (Egyptair) for what it is worth
MS First Class is on the way out, but still exists on routes operated by Airbus A340 and Boeing 777-200ER. It is worth noting the hard product is akin to business class for most airlines of around 15 years ago. Still it is highly likely it will be gone as MS introduced new Airbus A330-300s and Boeing 777-300ERs with angled lie flat seats in business class and no first class.
Routes with MS First Class are (A340 and 777-200 operated flights only):
Cairo-Abu Dhabi
Cairo-Bangkok
Cairo-Guangzhou
Cairo-Jeddah
Cairo-Kuwait
Cairo-Osaka
Cairo-Riyadh
This is extracted from the Winter '10-'11 timetable.

Has CAI-NRT been dropped? I can still see availability in F on that route. After my ZRH-NRT flight in F was cancelled, the agent wanted to rebook me FRA-CAI(LH Y)-NRT(MS F) a few days ago, and was surprised when I told him that this was not an option I would accept.
