Whatever the GDS is, it's definitely not Amadeus and I've never found a site that will give me anything useful from an AZ PNR

Have you tried WorldSpan and Galileo/Apollo? Also, did you make your booking directly with AZ or through a TA?
"Direct Access" mentioned by rcs85551 is rather irrelevant in this case.

I booked on alitalia.ca. I registered for MilleMiglia afterwards. I can log in but as I said cannot pull up my itinerary however I try (with booking reference or date/flight #).

After a bit of an investigation, it appears that Alitalia.ca online booking engine is accessing Galileo.
Have you tried entering your PNR Locator at https://www.viewtrip.com/en-US/ViewTrip.asp?

I called Alitalia several times. They see my booking and can confirm the changes I made, but seem unable to send the itinerary to my email address in spite of several requests for same. I talked to them in French and English which they seem fluent in, they put down my email address but the email never arrives.
Thank you anyway for your help,

Non MilleMiglia members used to be able to register on their website, and your profile would be saved for future bookings, but they dropped that last summer. Now only MilleMiglia members can log on.
