You can only view your booking on the AZ website if you're a MilleMiglia member and you have booked on the web site. You can't view it if you booked on a country website (i.e. alitalia.co.uk), nor can you view award bookings.

Whatever the GDS is, it's definitely not Amadeus and I've never found a site that will give me anything useful from an AZ PNR
