Just did for the umpteenth time. "Itinerary not found" is what I get. I tried to enter my first name instead of my last, same answer.
I called Alitalia several times. They see my booking and can confirm the changes I made, but seem unable to send the itinerary to my email address in spite of several requests for same. I talked to them in French and English which they seem fluent in, they put down my email address but the email never arrives.
