Some months ago, I filled out the form to have my AsiaMiles linked to the DBS card, and transfer a bunch of miles over. They transferred by mistake to KF, which happened in a couple of days. When I called them up, they reversed it in a couple of days as well, and then the AM appeared. So I think the manual form is really just to get a signature, rather than having a completely outdated process.

To add to the reports, I transferred from DBS yesterday (Thursday) at 4.30pm, and the miles appeared in the account today (Friday) at about 11.30am. Only if other banks could do the same.

I transferred SPG point to KrisFlyer on 1/15 and they have not posted. I called SPG and they said they sent them to Singapore for processing 12 days ago. So, I called Singapore Airlines and they said it will be up to 6 - 8 weeks for them to be in my account. I told her that in the past it only took 7 - 10 days. She looked at my account and said that those had been "expedited" and these recent transfers will not be (but no explanation why), and to wait at least another two weeks. So, I hope that this is particular to my situation and you get your miles faster than me. It appears that the slowdown is on Singapore Airlines side of the court and not SPG.

I called SPG, they said it can take up to 4 weeks, and I would just have to wait for them...
