Missing Tier miles at end of year
I've had two flights that haven't been credited to my account, either of which would push me over the line from Platinum to Concierge. I logged the first claims a long time ago (last September) and the second one mid March (the 18th) but nothing through as yet.
Anyone know how long these types of claims usually take at membership year end? I am keen to book more flights, but not until I have all the Concierge benefits under my belt.

Send the Concierge team an email attaching your boarding passes or E-ticket numbers. Six months is unacceptable. You have fallen through the cracks. I would recommend quoting both case references from September and March in your email.

Please revert to us with an update. It will be interesting to see what action the Concierge team takes for you as by all accounts, you actually are Concierge but minus all of the benefits 🫨 😲 🫨

I qualified as a Silver after two BA Flights on March 13th.
However they still have not posted and I was left on 290 Tier points at the end of the year. And today back to Zero
In the meantime I took three Aer Lingus flights in March without my updated status, so no lounge in Dublin or free 10KG Carry on.
I actually had to fork out €92 euros for extra bags, one at check (€50) in and the other for my flight home tomorrow (€42)
Is there another number I can call, I used the online forms and called the Aerclub number but they could not help?

Am I entitled to any compensation?
I mainly fly BA but after dropping to Silver I decided to go for Silver with EI as well

Once they credit, the status will automatically reset to Silver.
You would not be entitled to any compensation.

Tangential to this topic - my SO had an advantage fare on 30 March to take her to renewing platinum, didn't post on time so went down to Silver on 1 April and no change as of today. Is the consensus that it might still take a few more days for tiers to retrospectively update, or time for her to reach out?

As long as your significant other's FFN was including in the booking, no IRROPS to her flight, I would contact the Platinum team on the next business day if the flight hasn't credited by then. I would suggest having the booking reference and flight E-ticket number to hand to quote. Hopefully she doesn't have another flight upcoming within the next week (or two). Meanwhile there's no harm in completing the online form for missing Tier Credits and Avios. Renewing her Platinum means that her Avios should receive an extra 50% she ought to double check her account that she received what she's entitled to do once this has been resolved.

I'm very interested to see if you had a resolution to this. I'm in exactly the same position. I was 21 tier credits short of concierge but took a return flight with BA on the 18th of March that would have taken me over the line (30 tier credits). This return flight hasn't credited and no amount of calling or submitting forms has helped. I emailed the Aerclub email address as well but this seem to have not delivered. Any other suggestions? I have TA flights booked in May that I would like to try and avail of the upgrades but I'm stuck in limbo right now with no sign of help!

I'm still waiting on a resolution but the Concierge team has been investigating. The first flight doesn't qualify as it was operated by Iberia (despite my booking with Aer Lingus and it having an EI code?). The second one registered to my AA rewards, despite my adding the AerClub number at the Aer Lingus desk in Dublin. Hoping this gets resolved soon before I book more flights. Concierge email seems slow but responsive.
