However, I didn't receive any points so I tried this https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/36774554-post3273.html, hoping that I would get the points right there and then. However, that didn't happen, but when I opened my app on my mobile phone 12 hours later, then the points had posted successfully. The date of the flight, in the list of Eurobonus points transactions, is also correct.
Yes, it seems in many cases the trick does not lead to immediate crediting of the points, but it gets the processing unstuck, so the points are credited within 24 hours.

yeah, 14 flights credited, 2 pending. All in right classes. All confirmed with SAS that they also saw them in system before flight.
And again they are advocating for retroclaim page - what literally does not work at least for my account, and as i can see around the forum - for some more of us.
SAS told, that no holidays should stop IT developmnets, but at least for that i see no improvements.

Have you tried the workarounds discussed here? I wouldn't put much value into what their outsourced customer service agents tell you, and even less so if you speak to a non-Scandinavian agent.

Seem to have a problem with China Airlines (booking class T). Didn't credit despite the EBB number on the boarding pass.
SAS system does not seem to accept the details either. I messaged SAS and I can see they have closed my request in the app without doing anything.

I added my middle name to my SAS profile. It was indeed a support request, but it was completed in 6 days. However, once my middle name was on my profile I still could not claim my missing Kenya Airways flight. I am not sure if I will be able to remove my middle name again, but I will try (after challenge participants are awarded points).

yeah, you are rather right about the outsource and non-Scandi agents. Ive been watching closely your guidance and help in that matter of workarounds.

For future reference incase anyone is flying with the Chinese airlines in the future, I have two first names in my passport and I always fly with both. So when you can't enter more than one name just enter both without a space instead. The guidelines when booking even state this. Didn't have any problems with crediting like that.

14 out of the 16 airlines posted automatically for me. Air France auto credited when I submitted a claim through the online portal, waited for the 15 days before I could do so. When submitting the claim for Air Europa, it showed the confirmation but the miles weren't actually posted. Until I changed the date to a day before (the flight date), got the error and then the miles posted automatically as well. Now have Air Europa twice so I owe SAS 27 miles that I got extra. Notable my Air Europa flight was with Air Europa Express but these qualify as well.

Just following up as I said I would on retro-claiming now that I am allowed (eight days have technically passed).

Air Europa (UX): managed to credit. shows up a day earlier than the actual date of the flight, but since I have my boarding pass and all relevant documentation, no problems proving I took the flight if they want the paper trail.

Tarom (RO)**: couldn't get this to register - not even using the script solution. I noticed something else. The ticket number on my reservation is different than the ticket number on my boarding pass. I tried using both to no avail. That's going to be one for SAS to solve manually. Something is definitely up with Tarom.

**Note: Because I flew RO as an EuroBonus award flight from CDG-OTP, this OTP-MAD flight I want to retro claim doesn't matter for the purposes of the challenge. However, points are points. I couldn't get the points to register.

Anyway, with all six of my commercial flights now formally registered as receiving EB points (I know that I was very lucky with the auto-crediting), and the remaining nine flights that were booked (and flown) using EB points, I guess it is to just sit and wait for the congrats email. Still not expecting an email before the end of the month, but maybe they will surprise me and inform me already next week.

ETA: Just had my Air Europa flight get credited a second time with the correct date about eight (8) hours later. Now I owe SAS a couple of hundred level and bonus points. They're welcome to take the ones from the erroneous date back and leave the one for the correct date. 🙃

SAS literally had to extend their deadline a month cause they have too many retro-claim support cases to go through. If you have submitted your claims, WAIT.

Yea in retrospect, hell, even ahead of the promotion they should've known to do this. Instead they basically left that button, in theory to not be able to be clicked if you're signed up. But in practice, we know that doesn't work because we just keep clicking it to no avail. Rather stupid not to send out confirmations.

Those 2 flights if I try to retro claim them on the app it doesn't work, it gives me an error. They are booked in the right classes.
The second issue is that I already have 14 flights officially registered flights and I have not received any of the "bonuses". You are supposed to get a bonus when you complete 5 airlines and a bonus when you complete 10 (100,000 points). The bonus you get when you complete the 15th is supposed to be the 1,000,000. I am glad others are posting their situation it means many of us are in the same boat and is not an isolated issue.
They never said they'd send out points as you go. In fact I believe MOST OF US read the promotion as you'd get X number of points based on your flight history, towards the end of January when they reconciled them all. Now, one person was awarded 1,110,000 points, not sure if those will get clawed back, or if we'll all get that, or if it was just a blunder on their part...I wouldn't put any blunders past them. At any rate, waiting to get the appropriate level of miles is the way to go now.

This one was a lot more straight forward. I was able to fill in a name change request, attach my passport and then just wait, it took them like a week to approve it. All without having to call in or talk to anyone. I've had an official manual claim in there for weeks, and an email claim that's been in there even longer that I wasn't able to "manual" claim.

This was my deal too, I'm missing GA and VS, GA is a general error that doesn't let me do anything no matter what data I enter, phony or real. VS I just get told they need more info and to submit a manual claim. That was before and after the middle name addition.

Agreed, but there was no proof regarding the 1,110,000 points. I still think he was trolling because he was tired of all the "newbies" coming and asking questions :P

100% trolling given the refusal to provide any proof despite numerous people asking 😂

To be honest, I am not even sure that the points stack in the way that some people are suggesting.

I read that contest text as you'll get either 10k, 100k, or 1M depending on the number of airlines you flew during the promotion period.

Sure, what's an extra 110k bonus points amongst friends when you're awarding a million points...but that seems a bit too generous to be true.

If 1.110.000 points was sarcasm/joking, forgive me that I missed it 😂
