Personal Platinum, 22 year member. Called to close my account and offered 55K MR points or $550 statement credit. Didn't push because my intent was to close since the value is no longer there for me personally -- so closed the account. I've had Diner's Club longer and while always had some lounge access now get Priority Pass included in the $95/year annual fee which meets my needs.

Personal Gold
$26K spend over the last year
Offered $200 with a $3k spend in the next 3 months. Took it as I plan on doing that anyway for the 4x grocery spend.

Amex Plat. . You can earn a $300 statement credit after you spend $3,000 or more in qualifying purchases on your Card within 3 months of accepting this offer starting today. Spend maybe 2-3k in the past year total, have had for 4-5 years.

Plat 1st year renewal. ~ $32k spend. Have had Hilton card for forever. Just after AF had posted
Online char offered nothing.
855-857-7657. Offered 40,000 or $400 for the 3 month spend by a nice gentleman. Took the $400 statement credit. He kept mentioning the length of time I have had an account so I think the ~20 years with the Hilton card helped.
Thanks for all the information and advice on this thread and good luck to everyone,

I'm not seeing any Centurion reports here so datapoint:
Relatively low spend the last year, called, only offer was "perhaps you'd like the Platinum Card instead?"

Similar time frames. I tested the waters with AF due in 40 days...only offer $150 statement credit / no spend. Will try again after AF posts. Hoping for better offer since I keep this card to cash out MR from 2 other PLATS & a GOLD. Will probably keep it if same/better offer still after AF posts.
