There have been reports of issues seeing FFCs, I can see my one (preCOVID -- now extended to March 2022) via the MyAcount page link under ETCs but not visible under MyTrips page -- Try both locations

Maybe give a day or two, if your have the PNR's, then the agent can still access. This expiration update process may have impacted the display. The other reports occur since the change.

Yeah UA IT is a joke. I let them know I said others are facing the same. Yeah, yeah, well look into it.
My PNR from this ghost credit is no longer active as my inbound and outbound flights are used and itinerary complete. They dont understand that its the cancelled flights off my itinerary thats tricking the system into thinking I have a portion of the itinerary thats resulting in what appears to be a ghost future flight credit.
I just hope when they finally fix the bug that its not just on the PNR but for everyone and on the larger issue itself.
Do post and let us know if you get further with this Im curious. I couldnt seem to get UA IT to understand.

My spouse has the message on the homepage and account page about FFCs but when she goes to the tab it says she has none. She did have some from a trip from a former employer booked through an agency, which might explain why they aren't showing up. She also has ETCs.

Oddly enough. It says I have 1 FFC at the top but when I click on it it, it DOES pull up a reservation I had and taken but when I click on the PNR details, it says the PNR is invalid which means it was closed because it's inactive.
So it seems there's a shell/historical trip stored on the account that won't go away... Hoping that PNR shell has an expiry date so it'll fall off at some point.

Understand you are communicating with customer service folks and not IT. And most of the customer service folks know little about the web site. You might do better asking for "web support" on the phone but they are still CS folks, not IT.
Do you think you actual have a missing credit and is this just a miss reporting of a non-credit?

I know I don't have a missing credit, but rather it's a misreporting of. The flight itinerary doesn't and shouldn't exist as I completed in and outbound flights. If I knew the PNR was going to expire at some point, I'd just leave it be, but I don't want the itinerary to stay under "Future Flight Credit" indefinitely if it doesn't have an expiry date attached to the reservation because there isn't really a credit ticket there.
I can't even get it in the right hands of IT to check. I'm hoping I'm not the only one with this and that they'll fix the issue for everyone and for future reservations, too. Call me OCD.

Anyone else having this issue? I've got two FFCs showing in my account, but when I click on them it says "Your itinerary cannot be retrieved, since it does not contain any active flight segments. If you require assistance, please contact United Reservations"
I'm sure that I'll end up contacting United Reservations and asking what is going on with them, but just curious to hear the experiences of others regarding this. Thanks!

More context: UA auto-cancelled my itinerary (#B) due to a schedule change of a different itinerary #A) on the same-day. I had UA reinstate itinerary #B, and cancelled itinerary #A for refund. Flew itinerary B as is, but my account has been showing it as a (ghost) FFC.
