Didn't work for me all weekend. Truly frustrating but not surprising considering Southwest and technology are basically diametrically opposed.

Maybe a related app update issue; booked a flight thru Concur/Corp Travel as I always do last week, maybe after getting latest app update, and I cant see that flight at all in the app (can see it at Southwest.com), so didnt get the auto-check in notification. Can see all other future flights booked previously

Update to the above: At T-21 I just got the check in notification, but still cant see the flight in the app; hows that?

My previous exp was once with concur is that it is not integrated with SW electronically. An agent manually uses the SW biz flight is ocbook. So if they don’t put your RR number or crwates all kinds of issues, whereas they can out your email.
The checkkn alert was from the app?

Correct, checkin alert was from the app, reminding me to get boarding pass... clicking on the alert took me to the app but said I was offline, still no sign of the flight. Have booked all business travel thru Concur for years and have always seen the flight in the app.

Couldn't get to boarding pass thru the app so printed it from southwest.com

edit: and just got the now boarding notification but clicking took me to app and still no sign of flight

I also book my work travel via our Concur/Corp Travel and booked several flights this week and they all show up fine in the app. However the BP on lock screen is broke and has been for some time on iOS but I think it is an iOS problem because my Parking Spot app which I also use when I fly SW out of Love is also clueless when I arrive there where it worked in the past as I got near the parking.

BP on lock screen didn't work for me this week. I was hoping after the SW app update last week that it would start working again, but no joy. A couple of years ago the app had the touch id option to log into the SW app, but they removed that a couple of years ago for some reason. I wish they still have that functionality as well.

Follow up to my flight yesterday that I could never see in the app; that flight got me past the AL+ threshold for next year, I can see that in the app, and now the flight is viewable under the "Past Flights" link. Booked two more flights last night thru Concur, can't see them in the app but can see online. Also, I now get Southwest emails immediately to my work e-mail address (which isn't in my RR profile) so that's a recent change with Concur or my company's travel agent. Will submit the issue with our travel agent.

Looks like the issue wasn't corrected with the August update but should be with the October one.

6.9.0 lost ability to save BP to Apple Wallet

Anybody notice that the save to wallet function is missing? Funny because it was available when I flew on Monday, but not available four days later on my flight today 10/10/19.

Seeing this bug mentioned in the latest reviews on the App Store as well.

Yes - no save to wallet on my phone today

Just logged in and saw this notice:

Mobile Wallet functionality temporarily unavailable

The functionality for saving Mobile Boarding Passes to Apple Wallet and Google Pay is temporarily unavailable. You can still pull up and view your boarding pass in the iOS, Android and Mobile Web apps. We will have the save to wallet functionality back up and running as soon as possible. As a reminder, your boarding pass can also be printed at any nearby kiosk or a screen shot can be taken while viewing your pass on your mobile device.

This issue appears to be corrected now. The boarding pass showed up on the lock screen of my phone for the two flights I took this week.
