Correct, checkin alert was from the app, reminding me to get boarding pass... clicking on the alert took me to the app but said I was offline, still no sign of the flight. Have booked all business travel thru Concur for years and have always seen the flight in the app.

Couldn't get to boarding pass thru the app so printed it from southwest.com

edit: and just got the “now boarding” notification but clicking took me to app and still no sign of flight
