Stopped by branch to check if I was preapproved. Banker confirmed that I was and processed my application. Told card will be mailed within 1-2 days.

ANA will no longer be a redemption partner starting Oct 1st

And it gets worse. Only route redeemable for miles is LHR-HND and all travel has to be COMPLETED before Oct 1st. The agent said they got a bulletin a few days ago. Spoke to at least 3 different ones...

I was. They were released between 4-6am Eastern. Couldn't tell you if that's always the case as I was only monitoring this particular flight.
