I have not seen the "coming soon e-mail", and I have not had any issues redeeming recently. I do Southwest, United, AA and Choice Hotels for my rewards.

For UK based accounts it seems that the 2000 Avios redemption is back - but only when the account was originally opened via BA. Those opened via avios.com still max out at 1000 Avios

Glad to hear someone is getting some.

I get about two invitations a day, but when I click through all I get are requests for information -- lots of them -- that NEVER result in an actual survey -- not even the 25 cents DQ credit.

Try clicking to surveys on a different computer.

I tried to redeem for IHG points yesterday. It said I couldn't because i had already redeemed within the redemption period. The thing is, there are no redemption periods for IHG.

I wrote to customer service and got I "don't know, we'll investigate" response. So I figured I'd check here to see if anyone has ever had that experience and if there was a resolution.

I just saw the same IHG redemption limit issue also even though it doesn't have one.
I simply redeemed for something else, didn't bother contacting customer service because i figured they put a limit in the backend but didn't bother updating the website yet.

I had the same thing happen a few days ago. Tweeted them to see if they could help but got no response.

I emailed and did get a response. They said they are limiting redemptions to "one redemption per one month" due to the increased popularity of the reward.

Thing is I haven't redeemed within the last month and am still unable to do so now.

I've seen this happened before, and it resolved itself after some wait... I too am unable to redeem to IHG now
